Volunteers are a huge part of the magic at Tavon. You might be helping our members plant veggies, cheer them on during yoga, paint masterpieces, or even just share a few laughs while walking the trails. Behind the scenes, you could be helping us stay organized, sharing your professional know-how, or bringing creative ideas to life. Job opportunities
Tavon Learning Center is seeking compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented staff to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a vibrant, activity-based environment. Our programs take place across a variety of unique settings, including hiking trails, gardens, art studios, and more. Staff help members build friendships, develop independent living and social skills, and engage in enriching activities like art, science, yoga, and gardening. Ideal candidates are patient, imaginative, attentive, and committed to fostering growth and community connection. Experience with disabilities is helpful but not required—most important is a passion for coaching, teaching, and encouraging others with kindness and respect. Click the link below to learn more!
